• The roof and rain gutters were replaced about three years ago.

• The water heater is two years old.

• This year the garage was insulated and sheet-rocked and a new garage door opener was installed.

• Two years ago we had an additional 18 inches of insulation blown into the attic to increase our R-value to 50.

• Electrical was updated in the entire basement and in select places on the main floor after we moved in. The basement was also wired for a surround sound system (the blank covers in the ceiling).

• We plan on leaving all window blinds and curtains as well as appliances.

• Carpet (all), paint, bathroom fixtures, cabinets (all), front and back door, refrigerator, microwave, stove, rock on downstairs fireplace, mow strips/curbing and front yard trees have been replaced or put in new within the last five years.

• Our neighborhood has a very active neighborhood watch program and is rated one of the safest in all of Pocatello. We have loved our neighbors here. They are very friendly and service oriented.

• Upstairs gas fireplace needs servicing (it was done two years ago and worked great all season).

• Downstairs fireplace smokes for a few minutes until the chimney heats and draw is created.

• Fan in upstairs bathroom is noisy, so it has been unplugged.
